Chenault Creek is okay for those who choose to live there. However, they are a bit pricy. For what I paid, I could have gotten a three bedroom somewhere' But that was my choice. They do however have a number of car thefts. My car was stolen while the guard was one building over. So far, no apartment breakins that I know of. As far as noise is concerned, I lived underneath a fighting couple, so it was noisy. My advice to anyone whose considering renting there, MAKE SURE YOUR CAR HAS AN ALARM AND A CLUB.
