It's not that bad. First floor apts are newly renovated. Management is not the friendliest, but they are efficient. The mailbox situation is flaky...sometimes your mail comes, other times it doesn't. Once the place gets cleaned up a bit, I'm sure the laundry room and mail room will get better. The apartment units themselves are nice, but there is a bug problem...roaches. Watch out! Other than that, I enjoy living there. Maintenance is fast and friendly. Maybe there's new management.

i agree with everything you said although I don't have problems with roaches. what i do have a problem with are the creatures from the little pond/swamp..whatever it's supposed to be. lizzards, bees, frogs, moths, strange odd never seen before flying insects, flies, etc. I stay right behind the pool and it gets noisy sometimes. The kids are out there after dark with no source of lighting whatsoever..

They need better management! Flooring on 2nd & 3rd floors are very unlevel. Anyone parks in handicapp spaces. Some buildings are clean outside, ours never is. But they do keep the grass cut!
