Costumer service and the staff is HORRIBLE. I would not move in there if I was homeless. There are security gates that people run straight threw, the Laundry room is dirty, the pool was closed alllll summer, there is a dumpster in front of my building that smells and my apartment smells like fire. the Staff is running tenants away with their attitude.

I was messed over. I am a first time renter; so, I decided to go to Chenault Creek cause they look like they've just opened. Well I had in mind the apt. for 595 on the first floor because I have 2 small babies to carry around. I went to fill out the app. when I went to view it with my sisters they told me to get the large which was the only one with w/d hookups. So ok now we go to view it its on the 3rd floor with dead bees all over and bee nests all on the walls and ceiling and the chandlier was from 1960. The floors were old also. I was like omg my dream of what was presented with seeing the demo was completely tarnished. Now we go back the the office I decide to get a medium cause they do have those on the first floor but guess what no w/d hookups with a dumpster for 2 the two buildings their renovating. Yes renovating because one had a grease fire ( supposedly) the other was struck by lightning and caught on fire. OMG! I don't know what to do. My next problem was I call the lady to see when to go sign for that medium which was newly renovated but guess what? That apartment was rented already so I have to get the one by the dumpster. Which i didnt put my deposit down for today or an apt which was just lived in of course. I am SO DROVE!

Please don't move in there. I just moved out of the apt on the 3rd floor and they were so mean and unprofessional towards me. They wouldn't give me a copy of the fire report, my rent, or move me to another apt after the fire. When I went to the fire station the captain told me that during hurricane katrina building 6 had been hit twice by lightening. Its simply not safe and to top it off the staff has a bad attitude. And by boyfriend car was broken into. Please save ur time and money.
