Have lived here over two years as a renter and now as an owner. Beautiful tall ceilings and windows. Choose your unit carefully, as there are about 200 different floor plans. Original wood floors and windows make it feel 19th century. Basic cable and water included. Well insulated, so noise not a problem. Cheap compared to the new construction going up around the Warehouse district. Beautiful courtyard and pool area. Do yourself a favor and check it out before renting or buying somewhere else.
