This is a beautiful old building that is steeped in history but has been renovated for modern living. It sits in the Warehouse District which is central to all things New Orleans. The ONLY problem I had while living here was the rude neighbors who would constantly turn their bass up to rattle the walls. I'm not talking about the "urban" noises fromt he city: live music, cars, sirens, people outside, etc....This wasn't a big deal on weekends but during the week it was dreadful. The courtesy officers were always willing to help with any problems & were always kind. I miss the Cotton Mill but it does have a tendency to run off good people and I'm not sure why.
