Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
I bought my place in March and continued to increase it's value over the last few months. I have no problem with noise and I am on the first floor. The pool and party room is great for having friends over. These coments are post Katrina, and no water got in my place, again I'm on the first floor. Overall it has been a great experience.
