The worse in New Orleans From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   No matter how often they change managment, the end is the same. NO Maintenace, NO ground keeping. Parking lot is a disaster. Security doesn't exist. If you are a New Orleans Police or Sherriff officer get free and discounted rents, for doing nothing, including security. Managment stinks, and is arrogant, with racial overtones. If your black you won't get a job in the office, and only minimal jobs on the clean up staff. If your white expect even less from the managment and owners. Wide open drugh trade in most buildings. Worse then public housing.
