Post Katrina now over 3 months later, and it's worse then ever. Three managers, two fired for trying to get repairs done, and clean up the property.
Onwers have directed that NO repairs will be done to tenants that still remain, and occupy apartments.
The trash is not collected on a regular basis, sometimes building up for weeks.
The few tenants that are left, about 25 percent of total occupancy, cannot get any maintenance or repairs to their aparments.
It was bad before the hurrican, it is worse now, and the owners are trying to increase rents from 430 a month for a one bedroom to 570 a month,and giving no services.
After living here for 5 years I am on my way out, along with a lot of others.3
If you are smart, and no matter how desperate you are, you don't want to live here.
