Awful, Poor, Hellish, Terrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I totally agree with the comments about Voncelle and the office staff. They seem to go out of their way to make daily existence as hard as they can for the tennants of the building. Best of luck with getting any maintenance work done in your apartment. Air conditioning NEVER EVER works. Elevators stay broken for months at a time. Security is a joke. When I brought concerns to Voncelle's attention, she stated to me "your the one who signed a lease, now deal with the problems or find a new place." She refused to give me the phone number to her boss at the management company. She threatened to evict me if I continued to complain about maintenance problems. She yelled at me in front of prospective apartment hunters. What a joke. It's just a shame that Voncelle didn't get drowned by Katrina!!!!
