Esplanade at City Park

Poor management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I agree with other reviews. I am currently a resident of The Esplanade and the service that I have gotten has been terrible. I had verbal agreement on some maintenance work that was supposed to happen before my move into the apartment, and 4 months later, still nothing, I am still waiting. The response form the Manager was that they just won't do it. I don't recommend this place unless they have a new management in place. My understanding is that she has been there too long and doesn't understand or know how to provide a good service.
