They bank on location but genarally bad from the start. Look elsewhere.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
Staff generally acts as though they are doing you a favor just to even listen to a problem let alone fix. For years only one of the two elevators worked and nothing was ever done about it (even two is inadequate for a building of this size). I moved in because I could no longer manage my home and wanted to stay near friends.
