I lived at The Esplanade for a year while my home was repaired and it was a good experience. Parking is a bit tight, but it is safe, and free. Apartment was good sized with large closets and views are great! New owners seem to be working hard to improve the building - especially new/more laundry machines, hurricane windows, parking lots and landscaping. Anytime I had a problem it was fixed by the next day. Staff is friendly and generally helpful. Special "K" mice and bugs are gone. Very quiet and most of the residents are really nice. Pool table in the cabana is good, but still...where is the media room''''' Visited a friend last week and the new upgraded apartments are really sharp.

Worth looking. I recommend.
