apartment quality not worth it

I moved into Forest Isle July of 2001. I have constantly experienced the same problems over and over again.Every two or three months the air conditioner has to be refilled with froen, you would think they could find the leak. this has caused my electricity bill to triple. the apartment leans so badly that you can't place anything on the counters or it will slide off. this winter I, alone with everyone else in my row of apartments had Rats (not mice)big rats in our apartments. I'm talking the king that drags those commercial size glue traps over the floor. I had a horrible smell that they could not find where it was comming from. and don't live in the townhouse, the upstairs feels like you have the heater on during the day. the outside of my buiding is starting to rot and decay. the light n my balcony has been out for four months now. I have never been late with my rent and they charged me $10 to unlock my door after I locked my keys inside. the parking lot flooding is horrible. they charge to rent screens for your windows. the raise the rent every year. this year it supposedly because they were going to paint. you should see the outside of my apartment.why did I stay for so long,,,the convenincefor my job but its over the rats are what did it......I am not recommended this place to anyone....
