Forest Isle Apartments

All about the money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I have resided in forest isle for about 2 years. Everything was fine until I got last minute military ordeers then it all began. Forest Isle rips off military members by not honoring the Military clause policy's they require 30 day notices which is normal however being military you do not always have a 30 day notice which is hard enough itself to leave but the apartment complex charges you the rest of your lease. This is unacceptable and when you move out it doesnt matter how nice you clean your apartment it is my experience they have standard things they charge you for that you cannot control such as wear and tear these high fees are hidden charges seems to me. Just one more business out there to rip off the military members like myself serving the country. Military beware......You've been warned. Parking is a total nightmare in some areas around there as well I have to back my car down the road everymorning because they have us park on a one way street. The staff are rude when they have a prolbem with you they leave notes on your doors VERY UNPROFESSIONAL instead of giving you a friendly call they hide behind the paper. The overall "quality " of the apartments is very old construction most of the buildings lean one way or the other the floors are unlevel. Not unusual for this rip off of a apartmetn complex. Just words of caution make up your own mind however. But I feel like I have been suckered.
