Acceptional Pricing. but they were really tough to deal with when i left after Hurricane Katrina. was evicted even though i finished my year contract. Had someone living with me. She was on the lease and they gave her trouble with taking care of apt when i was gone because of the hurricane. area where my apt was had terrible drain issues. car was parked in atleast a foot of water when it rained hard. building was uneven due to sinking in mud
