Everyday I walk into my so called "townhouse" I realize how much of a mistake I have made. The overall apartment itself is poorly built. It almost feels as if you are walking in a fun house because it is so uneven and the walls are paper thin. If I wanted to hear my neighbors conversation, I would move in with them. But I can look around all these negatives because every complex in this area is not up to par. But, the management of Forest Isle is the major downfall. I have been accused of leaving cigarette butts around my door, not picking up dog poop and etc. Guess what'' I do not even own a dog or smoke. They have threatened my roommate and I by adding fees to our rent because of these matters in which we refuse to pay. And last but not least, if you like hot showers or even showers, do not move here. My water is turned off for "maintenance" more than it is actually on. Forest Isle has lost a lot of tennants because of these matters, and they just lost one more.

I can totally agree about the HOT SHOWER part as I only have hot water in my apt. maybe 2 days a week!!
