This is a video from youtube of a very happy resident at forest isle. You will see why people are tell you not to move there. The people who are saying they like it work there. trust me. This video is just and example of a typical rain storm. THIS IS NOT A HURRICANE!! YOU ARE FORCED TO PARK ACROSS THE STREET AND WADE THROUGH 3 FEET OF WATER TO GET TO YOUR APT!!!!! But they will take no responsiblity.

Thanks for adding this, this is what happens in small rainstorms, but they won't tell you. Just make sure you have a good car insurance policy with comprehensive to cover "flood" damage.
