Frenchman's Wharf Apartments

It´s O.K. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I guess depending on where you live in the complex depends on the condition of the apartment. I do have to admit all the apartments could use some new carpet. And maintenance is a little slow to respond to complaints.I have no complaints about the swimming pools. Kids are going to be kids. True and all they do sneak in at night. They are not bothering me so I dont care. This problem can be solved with more security. But if something does happen to them it would be at the fault of themselves and their parents not Frenchmans Wharf. But overall Im satisfied with the complex.
