Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
This was my very first apartment and the most horrible experience ever. There were phone wires running underneath the carpet, big holes in the closet, and not enough hot water. I complained to management at least five times about the living conditions. Frenchman's Wharf has terrible management. I wonder why it is still standing.
