To the future Frenchman's Wharf resedents:
Do not move in that apartment complex! Some one was just shot on 10/25/04 in that complex. They steal cars every week and break in people's apartments in that complex. There's no security, the management sucks! They don't repair anything! I agree with one person who said "Section 8 in disguise". I have a friend who live in there now, they want out! It's terrible in their!!!!!
That is the worse Apartment complex in New Orleans east. Run for your life.
They got the nerve to charge that high rent! You're paying to be killed, robbed, your car stolen, and your house broken into.
DO NOT MOVE IN THERE IF YOU'RE SMART! RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!!
ON the review board. The people who are writing good things about that complex, either work there are own it! Trust me they're lying! That complex is a death trap!
Move in there at your own risk! DOn't be crazy, don't move there! If you have kids, really don't move there!
