CAR THEFTS TERMITES BAD MANAGEMENT From: shannonlynnking@hotmail.com Date posted: 5/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   THIS PLACE WAS AWEFUL. CAR THEFTS ALL THE TIME AND WHEN YOU ASK THE MANAGEMENT ABOUT IT THEY LIE TO YOU. THE POND IS STAGNANT AND THE BUILDINGS ARE TERMITE INFESTED. THE COMPANY DOES NOTHING TO FIX THIS AND SWEARS ITS SWARMERS, BUT YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE HOLES IN THE WALLS AND BUILDING STRUCTURES FROM THE INFESTED TERMITES. NOT A SAFE PLACE AT ALL LOTS OF GANGS AND BREAK INS IN APARTMENTS AND CARS. THE GATE GUARD IS USUALLY SLEEPING TOO SO THERE IS NO SAFETY THERE EITHER. DO NOT LIVE HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND THE MAINTENANCE IS SLOW...I MEAN SLOW. WE HAD NO A/C EVERY OTHER WEEK. HOPE THIS HELPS.
