EXETREMEMLY UNREASONABLE, RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, AND DISHONEST.Absolutely the worst apartments in new orleans, no customer service at all. A/C unit went out every week, had termites eating through walls and still managers would not let me move to another apartment, they would laugh at me on the phone. Maintenance crew was disrespectful and uncooroperative. Atmosphere in community is gang related and auto theft inside gated apartment. Very racist staff and constant illegal parking. Water was stagnant and stunk. Police report this area as high crime in that complex.
