To the future Frenchman's Wharf resedents:

Do not move in that apartment complex!Y'all will living hell and gloomy all months to get OUT of the apartment. Some one was just shot on 10/25/04 in that complex; right behind my apartment. I told the front office about it. They looked me like they got NOTHING to do with it. They steal cars every week and break in people's apartments in that complex. There's no security in the front office. All you will see is empty security small studio. The management with the short hair. She is sucks! They don't repair anything if the MEN saw or hear they got a fine or pretty chicks in that complex! I agree with one person who said "Section 8 in disguise as Hell loose". I have a friend who live in there now, they want out in no TIME. It's terrible in their!!!!! At night time, YOU will see rats, mice and roaches running round the streets, ponds or by the trashs like they are having a good time to scared US.
That is the worse Apartment complex in New Orleans east. Run for your life with your roach spray and rats poision.

They got the nerve to charge that high rent! You're paying to be killed, robbed,
and stealing your money off that dirty apartment. Like I said. They ain't going to come if YOU call in 13 time for get YOUR water pipes fix. They will stop by when they feel like. I'm glad the Hurricane Katrina got me OUT of this broken-down-apartment.

ahh...give em a break. That's french they are speaking (cajun french). I enjoyed reading his/her post.

OH MY! I agree. I really do not know what language that is. My husband is an English major and isn't sure either.
