Maple Leaf Apartments

NEW MANAGEMENT From: teedeemee@hotmail.com Date posted: 11/20/2003 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1995   Well, I have not moved into Maple Leaf as of yet, (DECEMBER 1st), but I do know that they are under new management as of now. They have expressed and I have seen the new work that they are doing to the place. They are putting a new roof on, all the the applainces are being replaced, new carpet, and siding. I use to live in Maple Leaf in 1995, and I hated it. The plumbing was horrible. Like one person said, I had to leave because i was pregnant with my 1st child and her room stayed full of sewerage water. so, I am aware of the problems, but every place has problems. I have recently walked around and spoke to people that live there, and they like the place. i have seen the new repairs that are happening now, plus, I don't know of any 3bedroom,2 1/2bath, 1900 sq. foot town house with a den and breakfast nook...plus fireplace, that I can rent for $700.... Can you'''' Oh, and they are about to put in a new access gate. I am very excited!!!
