Maple Leaf Apartments

Used to be nice in late '70s, now a slum From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 1982 - 2001   Under Louise Tibo's management these once-beautiful apartments became a slum in the time we lived there (from 1982 - 2000). Right before my mother and I finally gave up and moved, we had no hot water for two weeks. There was at that time only ONE maintenance worker on staff for dozens of units, and the management was completely unsympathetic, unprofessional and did nothing. The once nice pools were closed and polluted. For shame.
