THE WORST APARTMENTS ON THE WESTBANK!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/31/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Everyone on the loved the fact that these apartments/townhouses are very large and at one time allowed you to receive mail at your individual door. They are the most torn down buildings around. They may appear nice from the outside, but the paint have covered up mold from water links within the walls and dyed carpet for water stains. There is a very BAD!! SEWER PROBLEM!!! Your outside yard and bathrooms will eventually be covered with other people toilet tissue and feces. Try covering up that ORDER in the SUMMER outside and in your carpet. The maintaince and management service is AWFUL!! They told me that they can provided me with paint to paint the walls, that should have been painted when I moved in and I never received blinds to place at the windows. All I received was avoidance and comments from maintance and management stating that they are there for DISCOUNTED RENT!! To the person that is now moving in . I pray that you are not getting a former abandon apartment where the homeless people and animals once lived. All they do is half shampoo carpet and dye. You will one day see mushrooms growing inside. GOOD LUCK
