Saw this aptmt listing on Craig's List,..should have known it was a dump from the get go cause I was allowed to move in, the same day I called to inquire about the place. They did not check my references, prior rental history,credit, or background check. I needed a place quick be'c a prior lease was ending in 2 weeks. Rented a onebed rm,..During the walk threw when I was showed the aptmt I saw a roach in the sink. The leasing agent tried to hurry up and run water but it was too late I saw the nasty critter. O'k so stupid me moves in anyway,...the bathrm light vent has dead termites in it, roaches are regular and rampant, the tub is clogged and drains very slow, the hot water in the shower lasts only about 7 minutes, the bathrm floor has tile as old as Jesus with mediocore decor, the kitchen cabinets are worn and molded was told prior to move in that they were gonna be replaced but it has never happened,the front door has a flemsy, weak door lock that my 1 yr old nephew could probably kick in, I hate the location at night looks spooky...I signed a 6 mth lease and have only been here 1 month and am ready to move,...the tenants are nosey and watch what you bring in your aptmt. It's such a disgusting place I refuse to bring my furniture from storage,..I rather pay the xtra $150 per mth until I get out this place. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE,...I am looking to relocate as we speak.
