I have lived in the Marsailles for two years. Staff is great. Sometime the work take a little longer to get done, but overall a great place to live.

Any positive remarks that comes throught about the marcellis apartment are from the secretary that sells sex toys, because she's trying to buy her husband out of the house but she doesnt know, that the owner is going to fire her and give the job to the woman he sleeping with. or it might be even him. either way, go by 4545 Mac Arthur BLVD and see for yourself. and maybe talk to some of the tenants (Descretely) Because he will do some foul sh.. like turn their air conditioning off or their utilities. Dont be fooled. It's a lease trap. and they dont care if you stay or go because if they (the three staff) 1 (the mistress) dont like you, they will do everything in their power to make you leave, thus you breaking the lease. And thats how they make their money. BTW. The owner sleeps in the office. If he was a just and fair man he wouldnt have to do that.
