Parc Fontaine Apartments

Wonderful community!! From: doris3111 Date posted: 7/10/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The apartments are spacious and the management is terrific! I read the other reviewers comments but he/she must not have called the office. They told me that the City owned the street and the owner was paying to have it repaved. They are waiting on the City to approve the plans. I must say I loved having an attendant at the gate - 24 hours a day! They put in a camera system that really seems to protect the residents from trespassers. The rates are better than anything else in the area, the security is wonderful, the apartments are large and the oak tree lined lane is more than I had hoped for.
