Parc Fontaine Apartments

Parc Fontaine, Welcome to Hell! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   Parc Fontaine is a horrible place to live. Do not be lured in by the deceptive photo on the cover page of advertising books, because it is the very opposite once you sign the lease agreement. I have lived at Parc Fontaine for two years, and basically had to flee because of the roaches and horrible things going on there. It is not a clean complex. Maintenance people are always in your complex when you're not home.Several thefts have been committed. There were over 5 murders within the year 2001-2003.These murders went unsolved. The water is constantly being turned off several times a week for drainage problems, incompatable neighbers (gang bangers, etc.)and disruptive drilling every day! There is always problems within the complex. THe building look very unique outside the gate, but once you get in, things began to unravel. Oh, there's dog poop all over the place. Parc Fontaince is a horrible place to live!
