Overall it's pleasant From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/3/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I currently own a condo in the complex. The street is in serious need of repair. I have no landscaping in front of the back part of my condo. We do have serious roof drainage problems. The plumbing is shot. There have been murders and we find dirty used needles on the grounds. Drugs are a problem it seems obvious. On the positive side, the maintenance staff have responded quickly to my requests. Most of the neighbors are friendly, and it has potential of being a wonderful place after the repairs are made in the complex
