Big problems with management

Was charged (security deposit kept) for repairs that were never made from when I moved in. A member of the Management staff came in and Video Taped the Apartment when I moved in, They filmed a stuck door, missing kitchen cabinet, broken dish washer. When I left my security deposit was kept for the same reason.
Huge huge problem with bugs. Lots of roaches. The pools were nice, when not over run by people who didn't live there. Fairly quiet.
