Parc Fontaine Apartments

Not as bad as it seems From: ramie06 Date posted: 1/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004 1 response   considering that there are not many affordable apartment complexes in Algiers, i feel that Parc Fontaine is one of the better choices. it is located near major business that people frequent like wal-mart walgreens blockbuster etc. granted at one time parc fontaine was a horrible place to stay that was many years ago before i actually moved on to the property. i've been there a year and a half and since then they have repaired the street and remodeled the laundry facilities. althought we are sill waiting for the new fitness centers. i think that parc fontaine is on their way to becomming one of the best complexes on the west bank. a few problems include the maintainence and parking and sometimes the back up at the security gate. other than that the apartments are bigger than some of the ones that i saw for the amount that is to be paid.
