Below is my intent to move out letter:

This letter is sent in regards to an issue of uninhabitable living conditions in your development and my intent to leave the residence.
My statement is based on the unsanitary conditions, noisy neighbors, and hazardous surroundings that Ive found insecure. Despite numerous of phone calls, statements made to the security office, which was recorded over the past seven months in the security log, and verbal communications with Brandi and Shona, I found that my issues were disregarded. June 9, 2005 is my date of relocation to another apartment because Parc Fontaine does not provide an adequate environment of wellbeing and tranquility for my family and I.
The problems I encountered were more than five calls to your security office requesting to investigate loud noise and unauthorized guests behind my apartment; witnessing children physically fighting each other in front of my apartment building, which I had to disunite; children having water balloon fights in the hallways; someone discharged a weapon in the parking lot behind my apartment; parties being allowed to carry on into the very late hours of the morning, which I had to personally call the police; finding large piles of feces in the hallways; and having to call maintenance to remove debris and trash bags just left in the halls.
Im requesting a full deposit returned to me minus any normal expenses for moving out.
