Managment and Maintenance suck From: smiley116@yahoo.com Date posted: 5/31/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005   I moved out of here after seeing it slowly deteriorate. I am currently fed up with management b/c no one will give me a straight answer in regards to my security deposit. I received a letter in the mail stating that my security deposit was not made. Although they have record that it was paid they have to "research" to find out whether I will get it back. Also everytime I try to call to speak to management the message is relayed and I never speak to her. I am happy that I am no longer a resident. Also whenever I called maintanence they would come to my apartment to research the problem but never come back to fix it. When I moved out both doors to my bathroom were broken.
