Yes and No

I have lived in Parc Fontaine for almost a year now, and I have found things I both like and dislike. When I moved in it was very quite and seemed nice, but recently, the complex seems to be over run with children that do nothing but constantly cause damage, pull the fire alarms, fight, curse, play loud music, leave trash every where, and cause damage to the pool area. These children are out and about till very late hours in the night. Some days it is almost impossible to get down the stairs, due to the children sitting all over the stairs and refuse to move when they see you.
Now, the security, that is a joke. A few of the security people actually do there job here, but 90% of them refuse to do any work. One person in security spends his whole shift sitting in apartments getting high. When asked to check on something it takes him atleast 2 hours and several calls from the booth to do it. As far as the gated entrance, anyone can get through it, all u have to do is follow another car in and you are in. No questions asked.
I must say that I have had no problems with Management, they always seem friendly and willing to help, but I must also say that even though they seem concerned with getting things done, they never do. Several tenats have complained about the gates to the pools not being able to close or lock to keep young children out, but still after 3 months, it has not been repaired.
Now Maintance, that is a joke also. You will have to call atleast 2 times if not more to get things repaired. And half of the time even after they come to repair it, you will have to call to have it rerepaired.
As far as the roaches, get used to living with them and feeding them. I have been here almost a year and only once has pest control ever been in any apartment to spray. You can't walk or let your children play on any of the grass covered areas, due to dog feces all over it. No one seems to clean up after there pets here. There is also no place for small children to play here. I guess this place was intended for just adults without children. Now, most of the tenants are very friendly and easy to get along with, but you have your share of the trouble makers and drug dealers, this place is over run with drug dealers. I have found used needles, razor blades, and dope bags all over the place. Crime is very high here also. Cars are constantly being stolen or vandelized. But some how security never sees any of it. In some ways this place is good, but in so many it is horrible. Move in at your own risk. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
