NAZI HO HOUSE

My name is Sam Schildkraut and I can easilly remember my apartment number ( 3333 ) and some who have lived there may remember me, some of the residents where even on my cable television show titled "Confessions Of A Chronic Complainer" which is on channel 77 on Mondays at 12:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m..
I thought highly of staff members of this place but some went along with the serious and dangerous wrongdoings. If you so far think I'm way over the top than look at other ratings for this place and look at Maple Leaf Apartments where I lived before which I must admit is even worse.
Anyway, I wish to speak of what happened and if anyone has comments than please email me at gripes@bellsouth.net
So here's what happened and what Rue Parc Fontaine did or was involved with-----
I exposed numerous things on my cable television show. One of the issues was that a black gentleman came on my show and stated that he was called the "n" word at a bar about a block from the parc fontaine known as SlapShots. My front door at 3333 was set on fire and the next day there was a death threat note left at 3333. There is a couple, Chris and Janet Lesley, who live at Parc Fontaine and I believe still live there. Chris Lesley came on my show in reference to the fire and stated that he was certain that the fire was set by either John Heindel ( a then karaoke host at Slapshots ) and/or a manager named Greg of Zach's Frozen Yogurt which is also nearby Parc Fontaine. As to John Heindel, he was brought to court for threatening me. As to Greg, he and I got along until that episode aired and then he assaulted me and I called the cops on him and the cops did nothing; and hours after the assault was the fire; and people started telling me how he acts towards the underage girls at Zach's and Chris Lesley said alot about that on my television show.
There are also residents Tami and Lucas. Tami told the police that Chris Lesley admitted leaving the death threat letter and then took back the comment and they all became very friendly after this event. Rue Parc Fontaine, as Chris Lesley stated, could have had a proper investigation; and that aside, the manager wanted me to move and protected the firebugs or whatever you want to call them. Chris opened the possibility that the management was friends with Greg and/or John.
Having said all that, I will also mention how I got an email out of nowhere stating that I had less than three days to remove my stuff or pay over about a thousand dollars to move back into my apartment after katrina when they had no right to do it. so I was able to get back and get some of my stuff including video of what chris said for my television show. Chris admits to being in jail for forgery but obviously not breaking and entering or he could have avoided being on my show again to speak against John and Greg.
I later got an email from this Nazi Ho House wanting money and then I emailed back saying how they didn't give back the security deposit and they now emailed and stated they'd deduct that from what they say I owed them, obviously taking advantage of those who were stuck.
As to Chris Lesley, if I didn't mention it, he had nothing to do with me soon after making his on the record statements and threatened me and I stood up to him but he backed off then started emailing me, and I can forward you emails of his, stating that if we didn't become friends than he'd get me in trouble - in short, after he turned on me I gave video copies to the neighborhood with what he said against John and Greg and now to save face he wanted to be friends.
Some who may work at the complex may be o.k. but kept quiet when people like me where treated like dirt by the management and that makes them guilty for keeping quiet.
