Parc Fontaine Apts management is full of crap .It takes months for repairs rodents,roaches,nats we got it.rent goes up every time its time to renew your lease with no upgrades.old appliances old kitchen cabinets you name it.Parc Fontaine is a high priced Local housing developement or Project/Ghetto.From the drug addict maintenance workers to security guards who let anyone in while they hold conversations with friends inside security booth And if your real lucky you may come across officer mayberry who keeps traffic backed up to rite aid when he decides to play security instead of talking to his brother.And if worst comes to worst and you get evicted watch the shady constables that live in complex for free and maintenance workers steal half of your belongings before they hit the sidewalk for the sorry hood rat tenants to steal peoples property who just been put out .I've witnessed it here several times.Be afraid of young thugs hanging out and animals pooping all over the place,stinky smelly hallways and elevators that smells of urine and very old.Almost forgot about dirty laundry room dirty pools and old workout room.

Amen,I hope you can move soon! It's so sad that place used to be so nice,and quiet,then I think they went section 8,when they gated it,they just kept the crap in...And the roaches are as big as dogs!

They say they aren't going section 8, but we know that there are waaay too many people living there under roofs paid by others. What is hysterical is the otherwise homeless leaning up against the no loitering signs! There is a no pet over 35 lbs rule, yet I have seen 6 pit bulls this morning alone! I laugh at the people who pay twice for rent what it costs to own a unit. There are homeless people sleeping in empty units, termites have completely infested the place along with the rodents and roaches. Shadowlake Management is owned by a very successful businessman so don't be fooled that they don't have enough funds to keep the place up. It's all about greed and the employees are underqualified, underpaid, and overwhelmed.

I recently filed for a lawsuit against these apartments, because they refuse to move me into a newer apt. while maintenance slacks off and decides when to get off their lazy behinds and do their jobs. There has been mold, termites, and even frogs livin with me for the past 6mnths. They claim its not mold and that Orkid is supposably on their way to resolve this pest problem. And so i say to you...You may be laughin now, but I will certainly have the last one!!!

i3laziinmamii , what kind of lawsuit do you have? who is your lawyer? I need one really bad. They don't want to move me either, and I have a huge hole in my ceiling
