i've here over 10 yrs. & within the past yr this place has gone 2 ---- it's gonna take over $1500 dollars 2 get out of my lease but i think it's money well spent.THIS PLACE SUX!!!!!!!

We've noticed the same thing. Since the storm the management has gone downhill as well as the tenants. How's this for a list: Toxic black mold that is being covered up with paint and Kilz, termites and roaches despite a supposed pest control service, drug dealing boyfriends living with girls with several children in one and two bedroom apts, abandoned cars, rain gutters that sit below the roof line forcing flooding and water up to the doorstep of first floor apts, 40 year old landscaping that has never been upgraded, unqualified maintenance people who live on the premises and also are involved with the drug dealing and theft, tenants letting their dogs ---- where ever they want, trash being dumped off balconies, the list goes on. The whole time the management is slow to respond (if at all)nothing is policed or if a repair is done it's done incorrectly. I had to laugh the other day when I saw the repair job of the fencing near a laundry room. The original fencing is 4 feet and they added 3-4 new boards that are 6 feet, so typical of the way things are handled here. I believe the management is in over their head and they are just trying to fill apts for the money.
