I felt fortunate that this was the first apartment complex to call me after Katrina. When I moved here it was in the bad shape, but I thought "Katrina just hit so it'll get better. I am still awaiting the day. This Apartment Complex is poorly kept. Rat & Roach infested. Staff very unprofessional; maintenance department very lazy. Laundry room poorly kept; washers and dryers always broken. Pools poorly maintained. Hallways resemble project living as they are never cleaned. If I knew then, what I know now, I would have never moved here. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

Well, I can think of two thoughts. First, I still have a cable tv show on NOA TV which apparently used to be channel 77 but now apparently is 76 titled Confessions Of A Chronic Complainer which air on Mondays at 12:30 a.m . and p.m. and on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. and p.m. and my email is gripes@sbcglobal.net and on my show I have exposed living at this ----- house complex and it isn't the only one, and also they STOLE our security deposit and refused to properly investigate a hate crime we suffered which included our front door being set on fire. Secondly, and again, this is not the only complex I aired against on tv, but the sad thing is that people who know how bad it is will not join in and talk about the stealing of managers and so forth which is your way of saying it sucks but it is o.k. because i won't appear on a show exposing it. Now what is worse is that I exposed , for example, another near by complex which had abandoned apartments looking worse than broken in huts during wartime and aired it and the residence and local and so called respectable news media were informed and of course in basic and common honest new orleans style, they refused to air the truth.
