Someone should have warned me not to go in New Orleans East when looking for an apartment. The staff and management was pleasant but once said someone complained about too much noise. I stayed alone so how much noise could I make. With all the hanging out and car thefts, I had to be quiet so I could hear if anyone was breaking into my car. The biggest problem I had with this complex was the CAR THEFTS. I had my car broken into and the radio taken. All they had to do was unsnap the radio, but the dummies jerked the whole radio out causing severe damages to my wires. Then my friends' car was broken into along with many others in the complex. After all these cars were broken into management started a neighborhood watch group, in which I did not participate because I would be moving as soon as the lease was up. The people are noisy and uncivilized and I soon found out that their employees don't and would not even live there. IF YOUR ARE ACCUSTOMED TO QUIET LIVING AND A CIVILIZED ENVIRONMENT THEN DON'T MOVE HERE.

P.S. The only positive thing I can say is the speedy recovery of my security deposit. (thank god)
