Though moderately priced by big city prices, this deal isn't worth it. The pool is often littered with leaves and dead bugs, parking after 10 almost guarentees you a spot faraway from your apartment. The lawns, while pretty well taken care of, are riddled with dog feces from inconsiderate renters. The security is a joke, though they have a 24-hour gate attendent, more than one apartment was broken into, even with the addition of camaras. In addition, a murder happened there also. The maintence workers are a joke, often taking many weeks and many trips to the office to get jobs done that could have been completed in less then 20 minutes. One of the worst problems are the over-abundance of palmetto bugs, which invade your apartment no matter the cleanliness level and turn your place to relax into a zoo. The worst part about RiverView Villas are the inconsiderate, unprofessional, and rude management. Though not all of the managers are like this, enough of them are to leave a bad taste in your mouth. If you value your sense of well-being, and sense that your money is well spent, DO NOT MOVE HERE.
