Great quality of living for the price From: lelly18 Date posted: 4/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I lived in this complex for a year and a half. Due to a change in jobs, I have now moved to Houston, TX. Overall, I really liked living in Riverview Villas. The security, maintainance, and upkeep were all exceptional. The management was very good about keeping the tenants informed and were always friendly. I felt safe enough to take walks/jogs late at night and was fortunate enough to live next to some great neighbors. The pool was nice and I was maintained on a regular basis during the summer. I really miss my old apartment and have yet to find the same quality for the price.
