Do you like flooding' Then you'll love the Saulet...

Living on this particular property proved to be, simply put, more than it was worth.
Though the office staff was more than helpful with questions I had, the property manager was horrendous.
She left not long after I moved in, but she was replaced by someone, who much to my surprise, was even more terrible.
I didn't think it was possible.
I had several problems in my apartment, including leak damage (which caused a terrible outbreak of mold) after some heavy rain, and the manager refused to set up a meeting.
Oftentimes, I was sent to the Assistant Manager, who although she was more than sympathetic to my problems, was not who I had asked to speak to.
I have had consistent problems with the leak damage, and there has been little effort on the manager's part to ensure that those problems are solved.
Also, various parts of the property flood during heavy rainfall, and if you park on the surface lots, you will almost certainly deal with car flooding.
Don't ask the Manager for a meeting on this either.
First floor apartments have a habit of flooding, as well, when it rains.
Again, don't call asking for the Manager.
All in all, I have to say that this apartment, considering the physical problems of the property, along with the irresponsible Manager, is not worth one dime.
I am strongly suggesting that if you are at all considering the Saulet, you should look elsewhere.
