Worst in NOLA From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Just some highlights about the fabulous Saulet... -Roaches, lots of them -Rats, climbing around all the garbage laying around becuase the garbage chutes don't work -Flooding - the property has improper drainage, everytime there is significant rain the property turns into a lake -Terrible builing management, incompetent and worthless -Half of the fitness equipment is broken -Pool is filthy (floating chicken bones, pieces of soggy diapers, and god knows what else) -Poorly contructed, apartments are already falling apart - you name it, its broken -You know exactly what your neighbor is up to, you can hear EVERYTHING through the cheaply constructed walls. For the amount you pay per square foot, you should not have to deal with these problems.
