Not a horrrible place but the Saulet is not even close to being a fair value. The small apartments are extremely overpriced and were constructed using the cheapest materials possible not to mention paper-thin walls.

The majority of the people seem to be rich, spoiled kids from the Northeast here for school. They have no respect for the grounds and leave trash everywhere. Any positive comments on here were made by people not having to pay their own rent.

A sign located near the front says "superior maintenance team". What a laugher!!!! Half of the gym equipment is broken and there are lightbulbs out all over; including the parking garages and hallways.

The roach comments are accurate......I killed several "pet-size" critters in my place during my time there.

If you're looking at the Saulet, do not make it your home. You're better off buying a house....your payments will be cheaper and at least you can do something about the roaches!!!!
