The absolute worst - RUN AWAY - read this -it summarizes all of the other comments

-moved in because i needed a place quickly. its my fault i've been here since the beginning - but only a couple of more months til i'm out (literally one of the first to move in lured by no deposit required - 3 years). to summarize many of the comments written before me:
-$500 non refundable pet fee - even in you live on the ground floor with no carpeting.
-terrible terrible maintenance
-bugs - to the jack a** who wrote about the palmetto bugs - there IS a roach problem in this complex - along with mice, rats(found one under my bathroom sink), ants, silverfish, and more! does managment care - hell no!
-don't walk on any grassy areas - they are riddeled with dog s**t because of irresponsible dog owners - am so sick of being one of the only people who pick up after their dogs.
-irresponsible residents - play music loudly especially in the middle of the night, trash everywhere, its like a dorm - no respect for anyone who has real jobs - love the comment about the morning rollover - its sooooo true - you can hear everything.
-did i mention the terrible parking situation' look out or else you'll sideswipe your car
-terrible construction - jon snell lives above Us, we know everytime he takes a pee. not to mention he walks, rather stomps around all hours of the morning
- oh and have you noticed all of the structural supports that are in place' - the saulet is going to rot into the ground - they didn't build it with treated wood.
-water - not just flooding, but it adds to the mold problem in the rotting walls
-oh did i mention the high tech gate (security)system - that is usually open'
-oh and the stripper and drug dealer convention that occurs at the pool'
-overall - DO NOT LIVE HERE - I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE - RUN AWAY - GO SOMEPLACE ELSE
