Too many things have gone wrong.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   - Most of the people in the office are unfriendly. There are a couple who will actually help you out. I put in a maintenance request about 10 times and actually went to talk to the manager 5 times and they still did not do anything. - Parking is horrible if you live on the bottom floor. - You had better hope someone weighing more than 50 pounds does not live above you. Or, even better, someone with a huge dog does not live above you. The noise from above is unbearable. - Overpriced. Bad service. Bad prodcut. The place is fallin apart (literally). That's what they get for using untreated wood. I'm just waiting for a lawsuit from someone who is pissed about mold from the untreated wood in their apartment. Just look in the Gambit and find a house somewhere in New Orleans.
