I moved in 6 months ago & it took 3 months to get internet assess. At Saulet you get internet assess through the only 1 company contracted, Noment. I called Noment numerous x's but never got a real person on the phone-no matter what time I called (& I attempted all hours)! I finally gave up when suddenly 4 weeks later someone from Noment calls. I scheduled a time for the person to come set-up internet assess, left work early & no one shows up. When I called they said oops..we came at the wrong time. Finally I got someone to come (at scheduled time)& I got internet assess set up. That day I was excited just to surf the net at home in my p.js. but when I tried, it didn't work. I must have had an acute onset of elevated blood pressure. I called the company again and finally reached someone about a week later. They came out 3 times before it finally started to work. Occasionally the internet service still gives me problems & as a result I'm on blood pressure medication.
