rodent infestation; structure problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Unfortunately they are experiencing a significant rodent problem and are fairly slow to address this issue. Also, the structure has large steel beams all over, as there is a problem with the original construction. As a result, lots of people want to leave early, or have some sort of concession, of which the Saulet will not offer any relief for the residents. Too pricey for what you are getting. Grounds are nice, and parking is good and covered.
